For the past seven years, I’ve been working at WithSecure™ Corporation (Helsinki) — first as a UI/UX designer in the product team, where I primarily supported the design system for B2B cybersecurity platform. Later, I transitioned to the product marketing team as a visual designer, focusing on developing marketing materials.

Responsibilities:
Design digital and print marketing collaterals for Sales teams, including presentations, brochures, solution overviews, flyers, and other promotional materials. Create localized versions in French, German, Finnish and Swedish for regional marketing. Gather feedback
to continuously refine and improve quality of the assets.Implement brand strategy according to company brand book and maintain visual consistency across all touchpoints.
Develop branded templates and reusable design assets to accelerate content production across teams. Maintain and replenish icon library.
Contribute to company-wide initiatives by producing visuals for public reports, whitepapers, strategic playbooks etc.

Responsibilities:
Delivered UI and UX design for WithSecure Elements Security Center, the company’s flagship cybersecurity platform for businesses.
Established and maintained a UI-kit (Figma, previously Adobe XD), as a part of Design System, and its ongoing development, guided by regular peer feedback and data insights. Owned and evolved the functional icon library.
Collaborated with a large team of designers to ensure consistency in UX patterns and visual principles across the whole portfolio.
Transformed low-fidelity concepts into high-fidelity designs within Design System, offering visual design consultations across the company.
Worked closely with developers in an iterative process to ensure accurate implementation
of components and designs.Contributed to component descriptions and UX patterns, preparing design specifications.
Worked on UX and UI for Cloud Protection for Salesforce, following the Salesforce Lightning Design System.
Worked on UI and UX for WithSecure Elements Agent (an application installed on end users’ workstations), for both macOS and Windows systems.
Executed two full company rebrandings by preparing updated graphic assets and managing color mapping across all products and platforms.
